Although I am disappointed in the final result, it has been a privilege to run for the Florida Senate.

I was humbled by the many people who volunteered to help us, and even more humbled by the nearly 20,000 voters in District 8 who chose me on their ballot. I am exceedingly grateful and I thank you.
